2024-06-26 ANFFE visits Forgasa facilities in Ariņo, Teruel
On June 24, representatives of ANFFE visited the Forgasa facilities in Ariņo (Teruel), where it produces complex fertilizers with humic acids, derived from natural resources from the Teruel mining basin, such as leonardite.
Forgasa, which is a member of ANFFE, belongs to the Spanish industrial and mining group SAMCA, with more than 100 years of experience. The only Leonardite deposits in Europe are located in the mining basins of Teruel, and Forgasa holds the exclusive rights to exploit them. By using the products extracted from leonardite in the manufacture of fertilizers, the company aims to promote the circular economy in the mining basins and contribute to the sustainable settlement of the population, as well as to solve the main problems of the rural environment.
